Founder and CEO

Charles Iwobho

Charles is the Principal Architect and Chief Executive of C-I Associates, bringing over 29 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction, and real estate development.

Charles is a registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). He began his career at Femi Majekodunmi Associates (now FMA Architects Limited), where he worked on the landmark Federal Ministry of Finance Phase 1 project in Abuja. Back in Lagos, he contributed to the Chevron-NICON Residential Estate master plan and led the design and supervision of several MTN Communication facilities nationwide.

He later joined Zenith Bank as Assistant General Manager and Head of Property Development, overseeing the delivery of more than 250 branches across Nigeria and abroad. His notable projects include the $25M Zenith Bank Head Office (2005), luxury apartments in Ikoyi, and the transformation of Ajose Adeogun Road, Victoria Island.

Guided by the belief that architecture is about purpose, identity, and legacy, Charles leads C-I Associates in shaping ideas into landmark developments. His vision continues to inspire confidence and drive a standard of excellence in every project.
